Return policy

You can request for a return of the delivered product, if

  • The product is delivered to you damaged
  • You received a completely different product

While we take all steps to ensure the product reaches you in good shape, sometimes under an avoidable circumstance, it reaches you damaged. Worry not. You are protected.Please ensure the product is inspected at the time of receipt.Inform us at contact@woodooz.com of any damage to the product (With a photo) within 24 hours of receipt of the productAll damaged products (Duly acknowledged by us) need to be shipped to us in the original packaging within 5 days, the shipping cost of which will be borne by us

After due assessment, a replacement product will be dispatched at no additional cost to the customer.

Refund policy

A full refund will be provided to the customer in case of loss of product in transit or failure of delivery

Refunds will not be entertained if the address / contact numbers provided are incorrect resulting in delivery failure

Strictly no refund / replacements for the following situations :
You feel the product has variations from what you saw in the photograph (Read through the product disclaimer)You feel the product does not suit your decor and you had purchased it by mistakeIt is a customized product and you feel the specification should have been different from what you had originally mentionedThe product return is initiated 7 days after the delivery

Cancellation policy

You can request for cancellation of an ordered product before the product is shipped from our warehouseCancellation of orders is only allowed in cases where the product is bought from the readily available list posted in our websiteCancellation of custom orders are entertained only if no efforts or expenses have been incurred from the point of order placement.

In cases where a customer insists on cancellation of a custom order, minor charges will be withheld to compensate for the efforts and expenses (If any)
